Delivery & Returns


All of our items shown are in stock unless otherwise stated. We aim to dispatch your order usually within 24 hours. All orders should be received within 2-5 days, for orders outside of the UK; delivery time is approximately up to 10 days.

FREE Delivery
  • Orders over £10.00: FREE.
  • Orders below £10.00: FLAT RATE £1.50 for any amount.
  • All orders outside the UK, £2.50 again regardless of amount.

    We offer a 7 day NO FUSS Refund Guarantee.
    Email us within 7 days of receipt of goods with the details of the product you wish to return and your order number. Please return unworn and in original packaging with all labels attached to the following address below:- We do encourage you to use recorded delivery when returning your item(s).

    Upon receipt of your goods, once inspected we will refund or exchange the product returned. The postage / packaging cost are not reimbursed on returned items.
    Refunds or exchanges after 7 days are at the discretion of Accessorybitz.


    Note: Points earned will also be refunded on any retuned item.

    We cannot refund or exchange items that have been worn, or the tags have been removed, please only remove the tags if you are sure you are happy with your item.

    FAULTY ITEMS
    All our products are check thoroughly by our manufacturers, if for any unlikely reason your product is faulty please email us on returns@accessorybitz.com, and return this faulty item within 7 working days of receiving it, including with the faulty item your name, order number, address, email address and a indication of the fault, and also if you would like a refund or an exchange.

    If you do not receive your goods within 7 working days of placing your order please contact us, so we can investigate the matter for you.
